In terms of environmental thinking, Troax has carried out extensive and serious initiatives to minimise our business operations’ impact on the environment. Troax is environmentally certified according to ISO 14001 as of 1997. The same rigid demands that apply at the site in Hillerstorp also apply in England. Powder coating systems that reduce solvent usage, active carbon filters that reduce and eliminate emission, and systems for reuse and purification of water used in the manufacturing processes are just a few of the measures taken the past years. And the list goes on.

Our efforts to control and measure our environmental performance and to eliminate or reduce contaminants, material consumption and discharge into the air and water will be accomplished through:

- active work with our Internal Work Environment to achieve a healthy and socially positive environment
- active work with Internal Fire Protection Control to prevent damage and personal injury
